NTZMK names its production leaders in corporate competition

NTZMK, part of NEC Group’s Metal Structures and Facilities division, has announced the results of its production competition for the third quarter of 2026. During this period, the plant’s departments competed for top honours in two categories: primary and auxiliary production. Winners were selected using a comprehensive points-based system that assessed five key criteria: production plan fulfilment, occupational safety, process discipline, product quality, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

The winners were:
- Best Primary Production Workshop – Painting and Loading Workshop.
- Best Auxiliary Production Unit – Metal Warehouse Section.

Employees of the winning departments will receive an increased quarterly bonus. In addition, the leading teams were awarded not only honorary pennants but also unique artistic trophies. The Painting and Loading Workshop received a rare Welder statuette by sculptor Nikolai Gorelikov, while the Metal Warehouse Section was presented with the Let Us Beat Swords into Ploughshares sculpture by Yevgeny Vuchetich. Both works were created using the renowned Kasli cast-iron casting technique. These rotating symbols of victory will remain with the winners until another department claims the championship title.

According to the HR department, holding the competition regularly has helped increase employee engagement in production processes, improve work quality, and foster healthy competition within the workforce.
