NEC Group equipment to be used in housing construction for residents relocated from unsafe buildings in Yamal

RTC-ELECTRO, part of NEC Group’s Electrical Engineering Solutions division, has manufactured and supplied TKLN busbar systems with cast-resin insulation for a residential complex in Salekhard, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The equipment will form part of the power supply system for new buildings intended to accommodate residents relocated fr om unsafe housing.

TKLN busbar systems are designed to transmit and distribute electricity throughout the residential complex. During production, RTC-ELECTRO specialists took into account the facility’s technical requirements, paying particular attention to operational reliability and safety.

The equipment’s key feature is its cast-resin insulation. Copper conductors are encapsulated in a special electrically insulating compound. This technology provides high fire resistance and protection against external influences. The busbar systems have an IP68 ingress protection rating and a service life of at least 30 years. These characteristics are particularly important for residential buildings, wh ere the reliability of engineering systems is directly linked to residents’ safety.

The equipment was supplied for the Obdorsky residential complex, which comprises nine buildings ranging from six to eight storeys. The project includes a total of 1,210 apartments. Construction of the complex is intended to modernize Salekhard’s housing stock and improve living conditions for local residents. The use of RTC-ELECTRO equipment will ensure reliable electricity transmission and distribution throughout the new buildings.
